⭐️Toolkit for Montessori Leaders 2021⭐️

1) Series of 12 videos: Montessori FAQs - The most common myths about Montessori (for free use!)

2) Special materials that needs every school administrator

3) 3 topical lectures

1) Montessori FAQs with Steve J. Hughes

2) Special materials that needs every school administrator

  1. Development Chart of a Child
  2. A Year of Parent Education
  3. Stages of Development of Teachers

These three documents will help you orient yourself in the needs of the three most important groups that you are working with: children, teachers and parents.

There are three different and well-structured tables with a lot of practical information that will be very helpful in order to orient yourself in the given area. You can freely print them out and hang them on the wall, and also share with your teachers and other colleagues.

We provide the documents in a high quality and you can use them as you think best. These materials were created in cooperation with Sue Pritzker, an experienced teacher and Montessori school principal.

Material 1: Developmental Chart of a Child

This document will introduce you to the needs of children across planes of development. There are identified academic, communicative and social skills for each age group. You will also find the basic tenets of Montessori education there.

Material 2: A Year of Parent Education

We have created a thorough, comprehensive and complete overview of all events that you can plan throughout the whole school year oriented towards the parents. We focus on the enrollment and introduction of parents into the world of Montessori education. Further, we have included events suitable for the whole school that also build and support a strong and vibrant community.

Material 3: Stages of Development of Teachers

In a well-structured document we have identified four stages of development of a teacher based on their work maturity and experience. Each category is described through certain basic characteristics, needs of teachers and identified support. You will gain tips and tools on how you can support your teachers in their further development.

3) Recordings of 3 topical talks
